An IPTV setup takes a few minutes and no technician. You use the login details from your Moly IPTV subscription and these four things:
IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) brings live TV over your internet connection instead of cable or satellite. Moly IPTV provides the channels, movies and series; your IPTV app or MAG box shows them on screen.
The app connects with an Xtream Codes API login: username, password and portal URL. You enter them once, and the app loads everything, including the TV guide.
Moly IPTV runs on Smart TVs, Amazon Firestick and Fire TV, Android TV boxes, phones and tablets, iPhone and iPad, Windows PCs and Macs and MAG boxes. These are the apps we recommend for each device; most other IPTV apps with an Xtream Codes API login work too.

Computer players handle logins differently: VLC, for example, opens a playlist or stream link instead of asking for a username and password. Tell support on WhatsApp which app you use and they'll tell you exactly what to enter.

You install an IPTV player app on your TV, streaming stick, phone or computer and log in with the details your provider sends you. With Moly IPTV, that's an Xtream Codes API login (username, password and portal URL). The app then loads 33,000+ live channels, the movie and series library and the TV guide over your internet connection.
An IPTV player is the app you watch in. It doesn't come with channels of its own: you add a subscription such as Moly IPTV by entering your login, and the player shows the channels, movies, series and TV guide. Examples are IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate, IPTVX, Smarters Player Lite, VLC, MyIPTV Player.
It depends on your device. We recommend IPTV Smarters Pro or TiviMate on Firestick / Android TV; IPTVX or Smarters Player Lite on iPhone / iPad; VLC or MyIPTV Player on PC / Mac. Moly IPTV also works in most other IPTV apps that support an Xtream Codes API login.
Yes. Moly IPTV works on Android phones and tablets and on iPhone and iPad. On iPhone or iPad, use IPTVX or Smarters Player Lite; on Android, use an IPTV app such as IPTV Smarters. You log in with the same Xtream Codes API details as on your TV.
Message support on WhatsApp with your box's MAC address (it's on a sticker on the box). Support sends you the portal details, which you enter in the box's portal settings before restarting it.

How ordering worksA stable connection of 10 Mbps or higher is recommended. A wired connection or strong Wi-Fi near the TV helps prevent buffering, especially when you watch in 4K.
No, a VPN is not required. It's recommended for privacy and to avoid possible restrictions from your internet provider in some regions.
Check your login details for typos, extra spaces and upper/lower case, then restart the app and your device. If it still doesn't work, message us on WhatsApp.
