How Moly IPTV handles copyright infringement notices: what a notice needs to include, how we process it and how a counter-notice works.

Our Policy

Moly IPTV respects intellectual property and follows the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar notice-and-takedown rules. We take infringement notices seriously and review every valid notice.

If you believe content available through Moly IPTV infringes your copyright, let us know so we can look into it and take appropriate action.

How to Submit a Notice

A valid notice includes the following information.

1. Your Contact Details

  • your full name;
  • your email address;
  • your phone number;
  • your mailing address.

2. The Copyrighted Work

  • which copyrighted work you believe is being infringed;
  • a description detailed enough for us to understand your notice.

3. Where the Content Is

  • exactly where the content can be found in our service;
  • as much detail as possible, such as the channel name, the title or the airtime.

4. Statements

  • a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
  • a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
  • your physical or electronic signature.

How We Handle a Notice

  1. You send your notice with all the information listed above.
  2. We check whether the notice is complete and valid.
  3. We take action. We investigate valid notices and handle them in line with the applicable copyright rules.

Inaccurate Notices

Anyone who knowingly and materially misrepresents that content is infringing may be held liable. If you aren't sure whether content infringes your rights, talk to a lawyer first.

Counter-Notice

If you believe content was removed by mistake, you can send a counter-notice the same way. It includes:

  • your name, address, phone number and email address;
  • which content was removed or disabled;
  • a statement that you believe in good faith that the content was removed by mistake;
  • your physical or electronic signature.
